These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by AlpineHost ("AlpineHost", "we", "us" or "our").
By ordering, accessing or using any AlpineHost service, including web hosting, WordPress hosting, domain registration and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

AlpineHost provides hosting-related services, including but not limited to:
Services may be updated, modified or discontinued from time to time.
Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
While AlpineHost strives to maintain high service availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, software updates and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
Customers are responsible for:
Customers must immediately notify AlpineHost of any suspected unauthorised access or security incident affecting their account.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies and requirements of the relevant domain registry and registrar. AlpineHost cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name.
Customers are responsible for:
Failure to renew a domain may result in suspension, cancellation or loss of ownership.
All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
Failure to pay may result in:
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of affected services pending investigation.
Recurring services are renewed according to the selected billing cycle.
Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are available and for cancelling services before renewal if they no longer wish to continue using them.
All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Customers must not use AlpineHost services for activities that:
AlpineHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these requirements.
AlpineHost is responsible for maintaining and securing:
AlpineHost follows operational and security practices aligned with internationally recognised standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 principles.
Customers remain responsible for:
Security is a shared responsibility between AlpineHost and the customer.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining copies of their data.
While AlpineHost may provide backup services, backups are offered as a convenience and should not be considered the sole source of data protection. Customers should maintain independent backups of critical data.
AlpineHost shall not be liable for data loss, corruption or restoration failures.
AlpineHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where necessary to:

Customers retain ownership of all content, data and intellectual property uploaded to their hosting account.
AlpineHost retains all rights, title and interest in its infrastructure, software, branding, documentation and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlpineHost shall not be liable for:
Any liability arising from the use of AlpineHost services shall be limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlpineHost from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from:
AlpineHost processes personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation, including the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and other applicable legal requirements.

Continued use of our services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland.
